Because I post pictures of Mineral Essence in my ‘Monthly Wellness Box’ posts, I get a lot of questions about about how to take Young Living’s Mineral Essence Supplement. I primarily take it because I was looking for a magnesium supplement, there were some things going in my body, and I realized I was low in Magnesium.
Here is how I do it! I simply put 5 half-droppers into about a 1/2 inch of juice, then I shoot it and chase it with water. :) I recorded a quick video as well. It does taste gross, but it has been amazing for my health.

I just got this with my last ER order and I didn’t know about the taste. I decided to try it straight from the dropper…bad idea. Glad to find this tip. I’m sure the juice helps cut it way more than just taking it straight.

Tried it with lemonade and orange juice and could barely do it – I have done with with cran-grape the last couple days and it’s easier (especially if I plug my nose and have the water running to refill my cup a couple times). I’m doing only 2 or 3 droppers to start while I figure out getting past the taste. How quickly did you start noticing the benefits?

For the issues I was experiencing with low magnesium, I started noticing benefits within the month!
